Booking and Cancellation Policy

A Non-refundable deposit representing 1 night’s accommodation is required by Debit/Credit card on booking, (2% charge made for all credit cards) 

Cancellaion of 14 days or less from the due date of arrival (28 days at Festival, Peak Season,Christmas & New Year), the card provided will be charged with the balance of the cost of the stay, unless the room/rooms can be re let for the whole of the period.

1 night stays must be paid at time of booking and are non refundable.

Curtailment of booking; If all or part of a stay is cancelled after arrival, the full cost of the stay as booked will remain payable on departure.

Guests are advised to take out suitable holiday insurance in case of cancellation.
